If you are unable to locate the user you wish to certify, there may be several reasons for this:
Account Status: The user may have been banned, suspended, or had their trading privileges revoked, which would prevent them from being eligible for certification.
Violation of Terms: The user may have been found in violation of the Terms of Service or Community Policy, such as engaging in card cycling, buying and or selling cards on or off the app, abusing refund policies or innapropriate language to staff which makes them ineligible for certification.
Guest Account: The user may be using a guest account, which is not eligible for certification.
If you suspect any of the above, please verify the user’s account status and ensure they meet the necessary requirements for certification.
