A Certified Collectors can:
- Post and Comment in the trade feed
- Comment in Private Trade Chats
- Particiapte in trading between Collectors
- Offer 1 certification token valid for a 6 month certification for a known collector whom is not cerrtified.
A Non-Certified collector :
- Can only Participate in Instant Trades
- Is not eligible to post in any trade feed or chat
- Is not eligible to trade with other collectors
- Can not receive a certification token to give to another collector
