We wanted to let you know about some upcoming changes to our Customer Support System (CS System) that will take place from the evening of Monday, May 5 through the afternoon of Tuesday,May 6. During this transition period, you may experience delayed response times as we upgrade our system.
 
🔁 What’s Changing
•    At 4:00 PM EST on Monday, May 5, any open in-app messages will no longer receive responses through the app. Instead, you’ll receive follow-up communication via email.
•    At 4:00 PM ET  on 5/5 we will be launching a new chat experience designed to resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
To ensure the best support, please follow and complete all prompts in the new chat flow.
 
⚠️ Beginning May 14th, all @topps.com email addresses will be retired. Messages sent to them will automatically forward to the new @collectfanatics.com addresses. You can continue to email Topps email addresses through May 13th.
