If you sent a collector certification token to someone to verify them, and they are still unable to trade it means that they are not eligible to receive a collector certification token. 

Collectors whom have broken our community policy are not eligible to receive collector certification tokens from fellow collectors or from making purchases in app.  Those reasons include but are not limited to. 

• • • Using a guest account.

    • Has been warned or suspended due to inappropriate behavior in trades.

    • Has been warned or suspended for card cycling.

    • Has been warned or suspended for cross trading.

    • Has been warned or suspended due to chargebacks.

    • Has been banned.

    • Has been warned, suspended, or banned for using multiple accounts on the same device.

    • Support has deemed the account not in good standing for any other reason not listed above.
