When contacting support, please make sure to include 

1. A picture of the front of the card with a piece of paper that has today's date and your {{user_name|}} and the Ticket ID#. The Date, Username and Ticket ID must be handwritten in blue or black ink.

2. A picture of the back of the card with a piece of paper that has today's date and your {{user_name|}} and the Ticket ID# . The Date, Username and Ticket ID must be handwritten in blue or black ink.

3. If the promotion is from an online offer, incude a screenshot of the email that clearly shows your email address.
