If you need support, all you have to do is:
- Head to the In-App Settings menu by clicking on your username
- Once your in the In- App Settings menu tap Support for assistance
- This will allow you to have an in app chat with one of our bots that can provide you with troubleshooting steps.
- If our bots are not able to assist, you will be transferred to an agent to help resolve your issue.
This option will save you time by automatically pulling in important information such as your username (if you're signed in), device info, etc.
