I didn't receive a pack/card I collected with coins or diamonds. What should I do?

Sometimes there can be a slight delay between when you select "Collect" and when the items are added to your collection.

If you still haven't received your collected item after a few minutes, please contact our support team. Be sure to provide the following information:

• Fan Name
• Item Collected
• Value Listed for the Collectible

With this info, we’ll be able to investigate and help you get your item!
