There can be a slight delay between the time you add to your collection and when the item(Coins, Cards, Packs, Diamonds) are added to your account.
However, if you still have not received your collected item after a few minutes, you should let us know.
You can do this by contacting the support team and supplying the following information:
- Fan Name
- Item
- Price Value
- Copy of your receipt/Screenshot of recent purchases.
