Use this list to see if an issue you are experencing in one of our apps is already known! Our team updates ths list weekely and will removed fixed issues after 3 months. The newest issues can be viewed at the top of the page, with more details and or work arounds found below.

Use the statuses below as reference. 

  • Open - the issue is new and has not been investigated yet 
  • In progress- Our team is aware of the issue and either investigating or working towards a fix. 
  • Fixed- The issue has been resolved .

 

KNOWN Issues: 

Issue: No Ads and or Videos in apps 
Affecting:  all users  
Status: Open 

Given recent issues with our in-app ads, we will be temporarily suspending in-app ads for Coins or Arcade Energy. To help offset the impact this may have, we will be temporarily increasing daily coin claims to 5,000 coins and maximum available arcade energy to 5 until in-app ads are reinstated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Issue: Crashing in  BUNT 
Affecting: Some Users 
Status: Fixed / in progress 
The team is aware that there has been an increase of crashing while playing the BUNT App. We suggest making sure that you have a strong internet and or cellular connection and limit apps running in the background of your device. 
 
THE BUNT update is live in the app store: please download Bunt 20.5.0 to eliviate the crashing issues expireneced.  

The team is still investigating additional crashes and freezes within the Bunt app and will release additional updates as resolutons to the issues become available. 

Issue: Cards appear "active in contest" when Contest has ended 
Affecting:  all users  in Bunt
Status: In Progress

The team is testing a fix to resolve this issue. If you run into this problem, please contact Support via in app chat.

Issue: BUNT crafting not available 
Affecting:  all users  in Bunt
Status:  FIXED

The team is investigating reports of crafting not being available in Bunt beginning August 12, 2024 around 6:00 AM Eastern.   Updates will be provided as the team resolves the issue.

The issue has been resolved please force quit and relauch the app.
