Why Can't I Trade?

If you're unable to trade, there are a few possible reasons for this:

  1. Your Account is Not Verified
    Trading is only enabled for verified accounts. Be sure to complete the verification process to unlock trading.

  2. Your Account Has Been Inactive
    If your account has been inactive for a while, your trading ability may have been temporarily disabled. Simply contact support, and we can help you re-enable it!

  3. Trading Privileges Have Been Suspended
    If your trading privileges have been suspended due to a violation of our Community Policy or Terms of Service, you may need to resolve the issue before trading is allowed again.
