If you are experiencing an issue with your 2FA code not working please try the following steps:
  1. Clear the cache on your web browser
  2. Close the web browser
  3. Re-open the web browser
  4. Put in the last 2FA code you received. (if this does not work request a new code)
If the steps above do not work you can try:
  1. Clearing your browser cache again
  2. If on a mobile device force quitting out of the web-browser app
  3. Turning your device off and then back on.
