If you are experiencing an issue with your 2FA code not working please try the following steps:
- Clear the cache on your web browser
- Close the web browser
- Re-open the web browser
- Put in the last 2FA code you received. (if this does not work request a new code)
If the steps above do not work you can try:
- Clearing your browser cache again
- If on a mobile device force quitting out of the web-browser app
- Turning your device off and then back on.
