If you are not seeing your purchased pack(s) in your collection, it means your pack(s) may still be writing in the blockchain. It can take up to 60 minutes for your pack(s) to compelte the writing process and appear in your Collection.
If your pack(s) does not show in your Collection after 60 minutes:
- Check your Credit Card to make sure the purchase was successful and does not show as pending.
- Log out of your account and log back in.
If your purchase was successful, and your pack still is not appearing in your collection, please contact support and include the following information:
- Username
- Time Purchased
- Number of Standard or Premium Packs purchased
- Screenshot of your account showing the purchase was successful
- Receipt of purchase (Card statement showing purchase was successful)
