Your Balance is managed by fortress and funds can be withdrawn in the payments tab 

To manage your balance, on the top right-hand side next to the bell icon click on the Topps logo: 

• Manage Account & settings 

• Select Payments Tab 

• Select Fortress Withdrawal  

• Choose your preferred method to withdrawal (fees may apply) 

• Follow prompts and enter fields to make a withdrawal request
