Fortress wallet funds will need to be withdrawn by May 31, 2025. To request a withdrawal, please follow the steps below:

Domestic
1) Please navigate to the Manage Account & settings

2) Select Payments Tab

3) Select Fortress Withdrawal 

4) Choose your preferred method to withdrawal (fees may apply)

5) Follow prompts and enter fields to make a withdrawal request

International
