Sometimes there may be a slight delay between when you make a selection to collect with coins and when the cards or packs are added to your account.
If you still haven't received your item after a few minutes, please reach out to our support team. To help us resolve the issue quickly, be sure to provide the following information:
- Fan Name
- Item collected
- Coin Value of the item or pack
