Yes, you are able to update your login method by contacting the support team if the support team is able to verify you are in facty the account owner. 

If you are unable to answer the questions accuratly, you will not be granted a login method change. 

We reccommend you contact support from the email address connected to your account.

 If you are login to your app, you can contact us via Chat, but you will be required to contact us from the email on the account as one of the verification steps.
